Ithaca College has announced that Eric Maguire, the vice president for enrollment and communication, has accepted a position as vice president and dean of admission and financial aid at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, an institution he worked for before coming to the college in 2009. According to the announcement, Maguire will be beginning his new position at F&M and leaving the college July 1.
Ithaca College President Tom Rochon said in the announcement that Gerard Turbide, director of admission, will serve as interim vice president for enrollment management, and Chris Biehn, vice president for institutional advancement, will be responsible for the Office of Marketing Communications.
According to the announcement, a national search for a permanent vice president for enrollment and communication will begin in Fall 2015.
