Ithaca College has closed for March 14 and 15 due to the snow storm that has hit the Northeast region. All local roads are closed to nonessential travel until further notice, prompting the college to extend its closure another day.
Ithaca City School District also closed for both days, as have many schools across the region. Travel has shut down all across the Northeast, with flights cancelled and buses halting service. A winter storm warning is in effect for Tompkins and surrounding counties until 8 p.m. March 15.
Students who remained on campus for spring break and are concerned about food access should contact the Residence Director on duty by 8 p.m. March 14 at 607–220–7928.
