Ithaca College announced Mark Coldren, associate vice president for human resources, has accepted the same position at the University of Buffalo. He will be leaving the college June 19.
Coldren has been the associate vice president for human resources since 2007. The announcement highlighted his work in creating the Supervisory Academy, revising the campus-wide performance management process, launching the Mind, Body, Me wellness program and implementing a comprehensive workforce planning initiative.
