Public Safety is investigating two burglaries

The Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management is investigating a report that electronic devices, a wallet and keys were stolen from the Roy H. Park School of Communications on Thursday.

A Public Safety Alert was sent to students, faculty and staff Thursday afternoon informing members of the Ithaca College community about the burglaries.

The PSA reported the first burglary occurred between 11 a.m. and 11:17 a.m. The second burglary occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. According to the PSA, there was no sign of forced entry, and it is unknown if the two incidents are related.

Public Safety reminds members of the college community to lock the doors to their offices, rooms and apartments, and to immediately report any suspicious activity.

Anyone with information should contact Public Safety at 274-3333 or report anonymously at 274-1060.
