LOCATION: College Circle Apartment

SUMMARY: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt food. System reset. Master Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

SUMMARY: One person referred judicially for drug policy violation and college regulations. Master Patrol Officer Donald Lyke.

SUMMARY: Complainant reported an unknown person stole a cell phone. Investigation pending. Patrol Officer Jeremiah McMurray.

CRIMINAL TAMPERING

LOCATION: Circle Lot 3

SUMMARY: Officer reported a person urinating in public and the person was referred judicially for indecent Conduct. Subsequently, the officer reported this person and a second person tampered with windshield wipers on a vehicle, resulting in a second judicial referral. Patrol Officer Patrick Johnson.

 

TRESPASS

LOCATION: Campus Center

SUMMARY: Officer reported three people climbing the wall toward the roof of Phillips Hall. Officer issued the people a criminal trespass restriction from the campus. Patrol Officer Patrick Johnson.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

LOCATION: West Tower

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person damaged an exit sign. Investigation pending. Master Patrol Officer Mark Denicola.

 

FOUND PROPERTY

LOCATION: Textor Hall

SUMMARY: Person found keys and turned them over to the office of public safety. Unknown owner.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD

LOCATION: Hill Center

SUMMARY: Caller reported the odor of natural gas. Environmental Health and Safety found high levels of carbon monoxide and the building was evacuated. IFD ventilated the area and the problem was identified. Once air quality was restored the building was re-occupied. Environmental Health and Safety officer ad Tim Ryan.

LOCATION: G-lot

SUMMARY: Officer reported a person fell on a sidewalk and sustained an elbow injury.  Person treated at the health center. Master Patrol Officer Bruce Holmstock.

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person having an asthma attack with difficulty breathing. Person declined medical assistance from ambulance staff and was transported to a residence by the officer. Patrol Officer Jeremiah McMurray.

LOCATION: Emerson Hall

SUMMARY: Three people were referred judicially for underage possession of alcohol and one person was referred judicially for underage possession of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a fictitious license. Patrol Officer Matthew O’Loughlin.

 

IRRESPONSIBLE USE ALCOHOL

LOCATION: Substation road

SUMMARY: Officer reported an intoxicated person having difficulty standing. Person declined medical assistance and was referred judicially for irresponsible use of alcohol. Patrol Officer Bruce Thomas.

SUMMARY: Two persons were referred judicially for underage possession of alcohol and noise. Patrol Officer Bruce Thomas.

LOCATION: Circle Lot 4

SUMMARY: One person was judicially referred for having an open container of alcohol, failure to comply, and indecent behavior. Patrol Officer Patrick Johnson.

 

UNLAWFUL POSS. MARIJUANA

LOCATION: Z-lot

SUMMARY: Five persons were referred judicially for unlawful possession of marijuana and one was referred judicially for underage possession of alcohol. Master Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

 

UNDERAGE POSS. ALCOHOL

LOCATION: Emerson Hall

SUMMARY: Five persons were referred judicially for underage possession of alcohol and one was also referred for possessing a false ID. Master Patrol Officer Brad Bates.

 

IRRESPONSIBLE USE ALCOHOL

LOCATION: West Tower

SUMMARY: Person declined medical attention with ambulance staff and was referred judicially for irresponsible use of alcohol. Patrol Officer Robert Jones.

 

V&T VIOLATION

LOCATION: Upper Quad

SUMMARY: During a traffic stop, the officer issued the operator uniform traffic ticket for town of Ithaca court for driving on a sidewalk. The officer also issued the person a criminal trespass restriction from campus. Patrol Officer Bruce Thomas.

 

DANGER TO SELF

LOCATION: College Circle Apartment

SUMMARY: Caller reported an intoxicated person who had taken over the counter medications and was being combative. Officer took the person into custody under the mental hygiene law, transported them to CMC and referred them judicially for danger to self. Patrol Officer Robert Jones.

 

MEDICAL ASSIST

LOCATION: Fitness Center

SUMMARY: Caller reported person sustained an ankle injury while playing basketball. Person transported to CMC by ambulance. Sergeant Ron          Hart.

 

HARASSMENT

LOCATION: College Circle Apartment

SUMMARY: Caller reported a person struck him in the face during an argument. Both parties sustained minor injuries during the incident. Medical assistance was declined and two people were referred judicially for harassment. Patrol Officer Jeremiah McMurray.

SUMMARY: Person declined medical assistance and was referred judicially for irresponsible use of alcohol. Master Patrol Officer Brad Bates.
