FEBRUARY 20

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

LOCATION: Health Center

SUMMARY: Caller reported person requested to be transported to the hospital. Officer determined person was depressed and provided transportation to the hospital. Assistance was provided. Patrol Officer Lance Clark.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

LOCATION: Holmes Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported person not feeling well and vomiting. Person was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Assistance was provided. Patrol Officer Lance Clark.

FEBRUARY 21

PETIT LARCENY

LOCATION: Gannett Center

SUMMARY: Caller reported unknown person stole wallet and keys. Investigation pending.  Master Patrol Officer Jon Elmore.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

LOCATION: Whalen Center for Music

SUMMARY: Caller reported person was passed out and was having difficulty breathing. Officer also determined the person may have injured their head when they passed out. Person declined medical assistance from ambulance staff.  Assistance was provided. Master Patrol Officer Jon Elmore.

CRIMINAL MISCHEIF 4TH DEGREE

LOCATION: West Tower

SUMMARY: Officer reported unknown person damaged screen. Investigation pending. Patrol Officer John Tagliavento.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

LOCATION: Hilliard Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported person having difficulty breathing and feeling nauseous. Person declined medical assistance with ambulance staff and was transported to health center. Assistance was provided. Master Patrol Officer Bruce Holmstock.

SAFETY HAZARD

LOCATION: Emerson Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported unknown person shining laser pointer lights at passing traffic. Unable to locate. Patrol Officer John Tagliavento.

ENVIORNMENTAL HAZARD

LOCATION: Phillips Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported burning odor. Odor caused by an overheated fan. Officer filed a request with  facilities. Fire Protection Specialist Enoch Perkins.

FEBRUARY 24

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

LOCATION: Rowland Hall

SUMMARY: Tompkins County 911 center reported person having diabetic emergency. Person was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Assistance was provided. Master Patrol Officer Waylon DeGraw.

CRIMINAL TRESSPASS 2ND DEGREE

LOCATION: Emerson Hall

SUMMARY: Caller reported person entered room without permission. Officer judicially referred one person for criminal trespass. Master Patrol Officer Waylon DeGraw.

DISRUPTIVE/EXCESSIVE NOISE

LOCATION: Circle Apartments

SUMMARY: Caller reported loud music. Officer judicially referred five people for noise violation. Patrol Officer Jake Tubbs.
