Summary: A caller reported a person with abdominal pain. The person was transported to the hospital by ambulance. Master Patrol Officer Sophia Dimkos responded.

Summary: An officer reported an unknown person discharged a fire extinguisher. Master Security Officer Amy Noble responded. This is a pending investigation.

Summary: A caller reported a person sent alarming text messages. This is a pending investigation. Master Patrol Officer Joseph Opper responded.

 

V&T VIOLATION AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION

Location: Grant Egbert Boulevard East

Summary: A caller reported a two-car, personal injury motor vehicle accident. Two people declined medical assistance from ambulance staff. The officer issued one operator a uniform traffic ticket for the Town of Ithaca Court for aggravated unlicensed operation and one operator for failing to yield the right of way. Patrol Officer Thaddeus May responded.

Summary: Simplex reported a fire alarm. The activation was caused by burnt food. Patrol Officer Mayra Colon responded.

Location: On-campus residence hall, unknown specifically

Summary: The Office of Title IX reported one person had sexual contact with another without consent. Thomas Dunn, associate director and deputy chief in the Office of Public Safety and Emergency management, responded. Resources and options were offered by the Office of Title IX.

WELFARE CHECK

Location: Terrace 5 / 102 Flora Brown Drive

Summary: A caller reported a person sent concerning text messages. The officer determined the person was not an imminent threat to themselves. Sergeant Jon Elmore responded.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF FOURTH DEGREE

Location: Hood Hall / 282 Lyceum Drive

Summary: A caller reported that people damaged a window, ceiling and carpet. This is a pending investigation. Patrol Officer Mayra Colon responded.

 

OFF-CAMPUS INCIDENT

Location: State Route 96B

Summary: A caller reported a two-car, motor vehicle accident with injuries. The ambulance and fire department assisted the injured and the TCSO investigated the collision. The officer and EH&S assisted and directed traffic. Two people were transported to the hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Mayra Colon responded.

Location: Athletic and Events Center / 150 Lyceum Drive

Summary: A caller reported people inside the building after hours. The officer gave two people a warning for violation of law or conduct code. Sergeant Jon Elmore responded.

Location: East Tower / 143 Tower Skyline Drive

Summary: A caller reported an unknown person damaged a lock. This is a pending investigation. Patrol Officer Mayra Colon responded.

Location: Garden Apartment 29 / 126 Grant Egbert Boulevard

Summary: A caller reported having thoughts of self harm. The person was taken into custody under the Mental Hygiene Law and transported to the hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Thaddeus May responded.

Summary: A caller reported a person vomiting. The person declined medical assistance. Master Patrol Officer Sophia Dimkos responded.

Summary: A caller reported loud music. The officer provided a warning to the people responsible for violation of law or conduct code. Master Patrol Officer Bob Jones responded.
