SUMMARY: Tompkins County dispatch advised a person with severe leg cramps. Officer reported that the person declined medical assistance from ambulance staff. Patrol Officer Sophia Dimkos responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported receiving alarming text messages that someone wanted to harm themselves. Officer reported the person was taken into custody under New York state’s Mental Hygiene Law and transported to hospital by ambulance. Patrol Officer Kevin McClain responded.

SUMMARY: A person reported being extorted for money via the internet by an unknown person. Officer reported the person was forwarded to New York state police for assistance. Sergeant Don Lyke responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported receiving a voicemail that contained vulgar language. Patrol Officer Mayra Colon responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an event spectator was shoved by another spectator. Officer reported the incident was verbal only. All involved parties were separated, cooperative and did not wish further action. Sergeant Bryan Verzosa responded.

SUMMARY: Tompkins County dispatch requested assistance with an injured animal in the roadway. Officer reported the animal was dead upon arrival and removed it from the roadway. Patrol Officer Bruce Hall responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported damage to their vehicle that was indicative of a hit and run property damage motor vehicle accident. Officer reported the incident occurred at an unknown location. Master Patrol Officer Bob Jones responded.

SUMMARY: The Office of Residential Life reported finding drug paraphernalia after breaking up a party. Officer reported one person was issued a conduct referral for violation of the college’s drug policy. Sergeant Bryan Verzosa responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown group of people stole barricades. An officer reported barricades were recovered in another area of the parking lot. Sergeant Jon Elmore responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an unknown person sitting outside of their door. Officer reported the person was lost and was transported back to the location where he was visiting. Patrol Officer Bruce Hall responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported an intoxicated person. Officer reported the person was transported to hospital by ambulance and referred to the Office of Student Conduct for irresponsible use of alcohol. Sergeant Jon Elmore responded.

SUMMARY: Officer reported papers had been ripped off of a bulletin board. Officer reported there was no damage to the bulletin board or the area around it. Sergeant Jon Elmore responded.

SUMMARY: Caller reported unknown person tore down and damaged paper from bulletin board and placed unknown substance on the door handles of several rooms. Patrol Officer Kevin McClain responded.
