The Ithaca Police Department reported on Thursday that three traffic signals on the 300 and 400 block of Route 13 (Elmira Road) are without power because of thunderstorms in the area. The department asked motorists to procede with caution when approaching the intersection and to treat the area as if a three- or four-way stop sign. It is unknown when power will be restored.
