Ithaca College professor uses levitation to connect to students

In honor of the movie, Sullivan and several of his students showed off levitating models of Marty on a hoverboard and of a jet-fueled DeLorean during an outreach event to a physics lab with three reporters, several students and a handful of photographers.

New 3-D printer and scanner broadens opportunities for students

Over the summer, the School of Humanities and Sciences added a third 3-D printer to its existing fleet. The new printer and its accompanying scanner will allow students and staff members across a wide academic spectrum easier access to 3-D replication equipment.
