The men’s swimming and diving team has 28 athletes on it’s roster compared to 19 at the end of 2017-18 thanks to a large freshman class.
The women’s swimming and diving team finished the season undefeated in duel meets and junior diver Katie Helly broke the 1-meter school record with a score of 323.55.
The Ithaca College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams competed in the Bomber Invitational on Dec. 2–4 at the Athletics and Events Center.
The Ithaca College women’s and men’s swimming teams competed against Hartwick College and SUNY Geneseo on Nov. 20 at the Athletics and Events Center.
The men’s team won its first home meet of the season with a score of 176–115. The women’s team crushed their competition 238–62 to remain undefeated.
This season, the men’s swimming and diving team will consist of only six returning sophomore, junior and senior swimmers and 12 incoming freshmen.
The Ithaca College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams beat SUNY Cortland on Nov. 5 at the Harriet Holsten Pool.
The women’s team came out victorious, defeating RPI 180–120 while RPI defeated the men’s team 201–93.
The Ithaca College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams defeated SUNY Brockport and SUNY Fredonia on Oct. 23 to start their seasons.
The men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams swam in the New York State Collegiate Swimming Association Championship Feb. 17 to Feb. 20. The women’s team took first place while the men’s team finished in fourth place.
The men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams defeated Union College 186–107 and 168.5–131.5 respectively Jan. 30.
