Fonseca, a mathematics and biochemistry double major, has won multiple awards for his research in molecular biology and genetics and has participated in many internship opportunities.

Junior Dallas Fonseca was awarded the Barry Goldwater Scholarship and was accepted to the Amgen Scholars Program for his biology research.
