College joins trend of discouraging offensive Halloween costumes

Ithaca College sent out an Intercom announcement asking students to keep "Halloween costumes and decorations appropriate and safe."
SUNY schools have decided to remove the question from their applications asking if students have committed a felony after finding that it deterred some students from applying.
