The campus community was informed of the incident at 10:49 a.m. Oct. 16 via an email from the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management (OPS). According to the email, the Ithaca Police Department (IPD) is investigating the burglary with support from the OPS. It was reported that someone broke into the building, stole a television and fell asleep in the building.

A burglary occurred between 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Oct. 16 at the Ithaca College Physician Assistant Studies instructional site located off-campus on The Commons.
An unknown person forced entry into SubConnection, located inside the Towers Concourse, between 4:40 and 7:14 a.m. and stole food and products.

The Office of Public Safety is currently investigating an attempted burglary in Circle Apartment 180. This is the latest incident in a series of burglaries.

Three burglaries occurred at the Ithaca College Circle Apartments sometime during the night of Nov. 9 and the morning of Nov. 10, according to the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management.
A rape in the third degree reportedly occurred between 1:15 a.m. and 4 a.m. Jan. 22 near Boothroyd Hall at Ithaca College.

Two Ithaca College Circle Apartments were broken into Aug. 16, the most recent contributions to a year with more crime in the Circles apartments than the previous year. Public Safety investigates two break-ins at Circle Apartments

The Ithaca College Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management is investigating a burglary and a criminal trespass in two separate Circle Apartments, which occurred after midnight on the same night.
Since the string of incidents over winter break, students have been offered the option to pick up wooden blocks to be inserted inside the track of their sliding doors. The wooden block forces the door into the closed position without requiring expensive modifications.
