Editorial: Mental health support on campus must continue

Identifying mental health issues is the first step to solving them. Continual resources are the strongest way to support those with mental health issues.
In an Aug. 12 Intercom post, Brian Petersen, director of the Center for Counseling, Health and Wellness, said that the center would begin offering in-person and virtual sessions for students for the 2022–23 academic year.

Let’s Talk connects IC students studying abroad with CAPS

150 IC students are studying abroad in Spring 2022. The Let’s Talk program in CAPS has helped students transition to their new environments.
Hradisky was an employee at the college for nearly three decades. She began her career at the college starting in 1993 and since then she has served under six different medical directors.

IC community gathers virtually to honor the life of employee

Terri Hradisky, administrative assistant in the Center for Counseling, Health and Wellness, died unexpectedly Dec. 8 after a brief illness. 
Approximately 90 members of the college community attended the memorial, which was held both in person at the Muller Chapel and virtually via Zoom.
