Curtis’s walkoff sends Bombers to next round of playoffs

The Ithaca College baseball team took on the Vassar College Brewers in the first two games of the Liberty League Crossover Series on May 3. However, with the Bombers’ bats catching fire, there will be no need for a third game, as the South Hill squad won the first game 11–1 and the second game 9–5 with the help of some late-game heroics.

Two-way underclassmen contribute to Bombers dominance on the mound

This season the Ithaca College baseball team has been left to fill the mound after losing three of their top four most used starting pitchers last season.

Coming off a tough 14–8 loss from the SUNY Oswego Lakers on March 16, the Ithaca College baseball team bounced back in a doubleheader against the Clarkson University Golden Knights on March 26 at Booth Field.

Baseball puts league championship chase into full swing

The Ithaca College baseball team came up short in the NCAA playoffs last year when they fell to the No. 4 Endicott College Gulls 12–10 and 7–3 in the NCAA Super Regional. The Bombers will be looking to rectify their early exit last year and go all the way to the World Series.

Baseball team falls at home to RIT

The Ithaca College baseball team lost to the Rochester Institute of Technology Tigers 4–1 April 7 on Valesente Diamond at Freeman Field.
Sophomore pitcher Dan Kellachan threw three innings in the first game of a doubleheader against the University of Rochester on March 24. Kellachan only allowed one earned run and four hits in his relief appearance.
