Senior distance runner Denise Ibarra changed the way she trains over the summer and has seen a noticeable improvement in her final season.
During the academic year, senior Taryn Cordani and other members of the cross country and track and field teams balance their schedules between a year-round schedule consisting  of academics and athletics.

Alexa Rick, Ally Bartkowiak and Meghan Cass stepped up to fill the place of cross-country head coach Erin Dinan, who left this summer on maternity leave.
Junior Taryn Cordani joined the Denver Track Club this past summer to practice running in the high altitude. Cordani also interned with the Wilderness Society while in Denver.
