A vote of no confidence is held when groups on campus, like the SGC, the Faculty Council and the Staff Council, feel that the president or administration is ineffective at running the college.

The Ithaca College Presidential Search Committee has announced that it has picked an executive search firm to use in the search for the 10th president of the college.

IC AAUP circulates petition to reject faculty and program cuts

Survey shows majority of faculty participants resistant to cuts

A survey from the Faculty Council reports that 78% of participating faculty oppose the recommended faculty and program cuts.
The virtual open-conversation session was led by David Lissy ’87, chair of the board of trustees, and James Nolan ’77, vice chair of the board of trustees. About 55 people attended the event.
