Ithaca College trustees announce content of winter meetings

In meetings held the week of Feb. 8, the Ithaca College Board of Trustees met to discussed the selection of a new president, efforts to further the initiative of developing a new shared governance system at the college and measures to improve diversity and inclusion.

As Ithaca College advances discussions about moving all course evaluations online, there is doubt in local and national conversations on the effectiveness of using course evaluations to judge a professor’s skill.
According to students and co-workers, Don Lifton was a dedicated and active member of the Ithaca College community. Lifton died Dec. 5 at 69 years old.
