We are disheartened and frustrated at the adversarial tone, misleading allegations, and willingness to disrupt the learning environment for our students.
Members of the Ithaca College part time–faculty union walked out of negotiations with the administration Sept. 23 after receiving what they said was a disappointing counterproposal on compensation. On Dec. 8, the union announced that it may hold a strike vote at the beginning of next semester.
