The date to begin filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid has been moved to Oct. 1, three months earlier than the previous Jan. 1 date. The application is now live for students to begin filling out the application, and the Ithaca College Office of Student Financial Services is working on notifying students of the change.

National FAFSA filing date bumped up three months

The U.S. Department of Education has moved the filing date for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid to Oct. 1, from the previous Jan. 1 date.
