I’ve never gone to therapy, but speaking to a nutritionist is like that for food. Cathy comes to campus every wednesday to talk to students with certain eating concerns. I took down the number because I’ve always wanted to see what a nutritionist could actually do for me.
We are getting to the later part of the year where people everywhere are starting to get sick. The change in temperatures, allergies and being around so many people all of the time can all affect you. Here are some ways you can get over it all:

From Tokyo to Italy, Cory Young’s passion for food and communications has brought her around the globe. Currently on sabbatical leave, Young is on a quest to combine these two passions to define culinary communications and how it could potentially become a field of study at Ithaca College.
Food Frenzy, which has existed for roughly 10 years, is a charity event that incorporates foods from Sodexo and outside vendors to create an all-you-can-eat food buffet that costs a donation of $3. All donations from the event benefit the BackPack Program for The Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
College is extremely stressful. It leads us to binge eat junk food, drink spastic amounts of coffee, pull all-nighters and spend countless hours in front of computer screens without exercise. And many of us, myself included, feel our future careers hinge on the quality of our performance in these four years. Talk about pressure.
