Editorial: Entertainment should not consist of stealing signs

There are still many occurrences of signage stealing and the Office of Facilities cannot do anything about it except continuously replace the signs.
At its April 11 meeting, the Ithaca College Student Governance Council (SGC) passed its first bill of Spring 2022 in support of implementing at least one gender-neutral bathroom in every academic building on campus by the end of the 2022–23 academic year.

The SGC motioned and voted to pass a recommendation for the Gender-Neutral Bathrooms in All Academic Buildings bill.
The Student Governance Council (SGC) is in the research phase for several bills like a physical and mental health day bill, a bill that would extend library hours, a dining bill and an initiative to update the Improved Campus Lighting Bill.

SGC plans for new bill to add gender neutral bathrooms in Park School

SGC discussed the idea to bring gender neutral bathrooms to the Park School and the implementation of a new student outreach initiative at its Sept. 24 meeting.
Floors eight through 13 of East Tower and all of West Tower are now co ed by door, with individual, gender-neutral bathrooms.

Renovations to Towers residence halls completed over the summer
