College plans to stem cost increase rate

Ithaca College President Tom Rochon has announced his plan aimed at keeping the annual cost increase for students at less than three-percent.

Ithaca College announced Wednesday that the Rochester, N.Y., component of its Physical Therapy program will be moved to the college’s South Hill campus in Fall 2014.
