Student media organizations collaborate “In The Stu”

Ithaca College Television (ICTV) and Voice of Ithaca College (VIC) Radio’s studios share the same on-campus address in the Roy H. Park Hall basement, the same student media advisor, and even some of the same passionately driven students. Though they share the same resources, it was not until March 24 that the two organizations joined creative forces in one of the television studios to shoot “In The Stu,” a new monthly segment that will be featured on both ICTV and VIC’s YouTube channels.
Ithaca College alum Kevin Connors ’97 was selected by video game company Electronic Arts as a voiceover artist for College Football 25, providing halftime recaps for each game.

Alum brings realistic reporting to virtual halftime

After an 11-year wait that felt like forever to die-hard fans, EA Sports College Football 25 was released July 19. Nearly 5 million fans played the game during the release weekend. But, when it comes to the game’s halftime recap, a familiar voice from the Ithaca College community is heard: Kevin Connors ’97.

Sports media students share deep connection with Cornell

Over the years at the Roy H. Park School of Communications, many sports media students have gained experience in the field by covering the Ithaca College sports teams. However, some have had the opportunity to take their craft to the Division I level.
