Seniors Joel Liss and Julia Corcoran film promotional material for their show “Wormhole” on Feb 14 at Ithaca College.
Last March, the studios of one of Ithaca College’s longest running programs, ICTV, were silent and empty. However, after nearly a year of remote production, the cast and crew have finally returned.
Staff writer Tommy Mumau spoke with Connors about his time at the college, his role with ESPN and how COVID-19 will change sports media in the future.
As the establishing shot fades in, Max, a high school junior, is doodling in a page of her notebook, complete with the face of President Abraham Lincoln pasted in the corner.
Comedic writing, combined with relatable content, adds a lighthearted tone to ICTV’s first musical TV show, “Subject to Change,” which will tackle issues relevant to the daily lives of college students.
Joel McHale’s performance drew a crowd of several hundred people. The show was the final event of Ithaca Today, a weekend of events for accepted students.
