Bee Fest brings community together for a bee-utiful day of insect adventure

October 17, 2021

The Ithaca College Apiary held Bee Fest where all community members could interact with and learn about honey bees and other insects while also wearing a beekeeping suit Oct. 10.

The goal of the open house, and the creation of the Bee Club, is to generate student interest in the apiary. The college’s apiary, where bees are kept, is located near the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management.

College is abuzz with beehive tours and new club
