As another summer comes to a close, the Ithaca College sculling team returns to the water, looking to build on its continued success. Fresh off the women’s rowing team’s sixth consecutive Liberty League Championship, the team is back with its eyes on another strong campaign.
Ithaca College often goes above and beyond to recruit high-profile, elite athletes from all over the country. But for the men’s and women’s rowing teams, team building looks a little different.
For three athletes in the Ithaca College rowing program, the conditions of Cayuga Lake differ greatly from their rowing origins on the Jordan River in Utah.
