Brothers compete together on wrestling team

Although they wrestle in classes 100 pounds apart from each other, the Galkas still say they enjoy being on the team together.

IC wrestling named third-best D-III program of the last decade

As the Ithaca College wrestling team gets set for the NCAA Regional Tournament, it has been recognized for being the third-best Division III program by Rofkin Wrestling.

Wrestling and gymnastics programs compete in Rumble and Tumble

The Ithaca College wrestling and gymnastics teams went head-to-head with the SUNY Cortland Red Dragons in the fifth annual Rumble and Tumble event for the first time in two years Feb. 16. 
The college implemented its updated spectator policy Jan. 12, allowing only students, faculty and staff members to attend competitions until the situation is further evaluated Feb. 7.

Updated spectator policy prohibits fans outside IC community

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, spectators outside of the Ithaca College community will not be allowed to attend athletic events until at least Feb. 7.

Three wrestlers take home New York State titles

As the Ithaca College wrestling team wrapped up the first half of the season, three members of the wrestling team brought home first place at the New York State Championships.
Senior Logan Ninos has suffered nine concussions and was told by his doctor to stop wrestling. He has remained a team captain, but has transitioned to an assistant coach for the team.

Spectators prohibited at upcoming wrestling tournament

Prior to the Ithaca Invitational on Nov. 5 and 6, Ithaca College Athletics announced Oct. 27 there will be no spectators permitted for the event held at the A&E Center.
