Wrestling slays Red Dragons in regular season finale

The wrestling team defeated Wilkes University 32–6 Feb. 12.
The wrestling team defeated Wesleyan University 36–8, SUNY Oneonta 39–3 and 16th-ranked Williams College 34–3 Feb. 7.
The nationally-ranked wrestling squad defeated Nassau Community College Jan. 29 and Delaware Valley University Jan. 30 before dropping a contest against Binghamton University Jan. 30.
The wrestling team is currently ranked No. 13 in the National Wrestling Coaches Association in the tournament ranking and No. 9 in the dual rankings, with five individual wrestlers ranked in the top ten.
Wrestling defeated Thiel College, Mercyhurst North East University and Baldwin Wallace University on Jan. 23.
Jimmy Kaishian, Nick Wahba and Nick Velez came away with individual titles as the Bombers picked up their first team victory since Jan. 8.
The no. 5-ranked wrestling team squared off against four of the top 10 teams in the country at the National Wrestling Coaches’ Association National Duals.
The No. 2-ranked wrestling squad took down SUNY Oswego 45–3 on Dec. 12 to improve its record to 4–1 on the season.
The wrestling team, which is now ranked second in the country, earned its third win of the season over Rochester Institute of Technology on Dec. 9.

Junior wrestling captain Jimmy Kaishian has become one of the top wrestlers at the college and leads his team through his hard-working example.
