Bombers throttle No. 2 Herons in revenge game with statement victory

It was definitely a great day to be a Bomber as the No. 18 ranked Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team absolutely crushed the current No. 2 ranked team in the country, the William Smith College Herons, in a decisive 16–3 victory.

The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team has been vigorously preparing for their upcoming season and are ready to take another swing at the No. 3 William Smith College Herons, the defending Liberty League Champions that knocked them off a year ago.

Trick or treating for the community: Women’s lacrosse gives back

The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team set out into the night this Halloween, collecting canned food for a local community center and bringing their caring attitudes along the way. 
Karrie Moore, head coach of the Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team, reached the 100-win milestone April 7 against Bard College. Moore is the second coach in program history to tally 100 career wins.

Controlling the leaderboards: Junior shatters program record for draw controls

The previous record was held by Reid Simoncini ’19, who amassed an impressive 230 draw controls over 76 games. However, in only 28 games, Wise has notched an unbelievable 292 draw controls.

Women’s lacrosse shoots for first Liberty League title

The spring season of sports has begun, which means the return of the Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team to Higgins Stadium. 
The women’s lacrosse team raised money for suicide prevention and Alzheimers awareness Sept. 10. The team split into two groups to be able to attend both of the walks, which were at the same time.
