SGC discusses mental health, emergency notifications and the APP

La Jerne Cornish, interim president of Ithaca College, met with the Student Governance Council (SGC) and discussed concerns around mental health and more.
Nearly 3,000 people were killed during the attacks, including six members of the college community. On Sept. 11, 2001, two planes flew into the World Trade Center in New York City and a third plane into the Pentagon in Washington.

Campus community members reflect on 20-year anniversary of 9/11

Along with the rest of the country, members of the Ithaca College community spent time reflecting on the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the passing of its 20-year anniversary.

Some members of the Ithaca College community have expressed disappointment in President Shirley M. Collado’s last year as president following the announcement that she is leaving the college.
After Shirley M. Collado, former president of Ithaca College, departed her position, the college has established a new scholarship that will aim to give tuition assistance to first-generation students in her name.
