The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team took home a fierce yet challenging Liberty League Championship Tournament win April 5, defeating St. Lawrence University Saints 10-7. The stands were filled with fans as the Bombers got their seventh win of the season and their fourth in conference play.
Despite the rain, it was a phenomenal day at Higgins Stadium as the Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team successfully completed its revenge tour and won its first Liberty League Championship against No. 7 William Smith in an 11–10 overtime win.Â
The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team took home yet another key Liberty League win on April 13 against the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Engineers. The Bombers swept up the Engineers in a 20–5 win during one of the rainiest games they may have had yet this season.
It was definitely a great day to be a Bomber as the No. 18 ranked Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team absolutely crushed the current No. 2 ranked team in the country, the William Smith College Herons, in a decisive 16–3 victory.
The Ithaca College women’s lacrosse team held off a second-half rally from the Clarkson University Golden Knights on March 25, earning a 15–10 victory.
