Student research receives recognition at annual Whalen Symposium

Awards were presented to students who did research in disciplines such as computer science, occupational and physical training, emerging media and legal studies.

Nearly every Thursday and Friday Gardner can be found in the childrens section of the Tompkins County Public Library at a miniature desk reading to young kids — just one of many volunteer programs Gardner is a part of.
