Women’s tennis focuses on longevity to maintain momentum

With a mix of new and old faces, the Ithaca College women’s tennis team is working to push past its growing pains. The Bombers finished last season with a 6-12 record, their third in a row below 50%. Now, the team is 3-2 after starting the season, with three back-to-back victories against Hartwick College, Daemen University and Drew University.
For the 2024–25 season, six teams — men’s cross-country, men’s track and field, volleyball, sculling, women's rowing and women’s tennis — will have a new head coach. Four different teams will have new assistant coaches.

Fresh coaching staff brings a new era

As the academic year kicks off, so does a new athletic season. For the 2024–25 season, six teams — men’s cross-country, men’s track and field, volleyball, sculling, women's rowing and women’s tennis — will have a new head coach. In addition, four teams — men’s basketball, men’s rowing, sculling and women’s rowing — will have new assistant coaches.
