IC student wins national award for documentary on refugees

Immigration was a hot topic during the election, which led senior Daniella Hobbs and Evin Billington ’16 to film a documentary about immigrants.
Freshman Mac-Andrew Nelson led the crowd in a chorus of “We Shall Overcome” on Feb. 10 at Free Speech Rock, for a rally against President Donald Trump’s immigration ban.
