The Ithaca College field hockey team fell to Stevens Institute of Technology 4–1 in the Empire 8 Championship game last season. Now, the Bombers are returning to the field aiming to take home the Empire 8 Championship again.
Maureen Ordung was hired as the new assistant field hockey coach on July 30 to help coach the team, primarily the goalkeepers.
