The City of Ithaca recorded the highest job-growth rate in New York between 2002 and 2012, according to a recent report released by the New York state comptroller.
The City of Ithaca was recently named the "Smartest City in the United States." This could be because of its multiple colleges, geographic location or genuinely intelligent residents.
