Brian Dickens, vice president of the Office of Human Resources, will be leaving his position at Ithaca College effective July 31.
The Ithaca College Faculty Council discussed the most recent draft of the Use of Campus Facilities for Events and Activities Policy at a meeting April 4.
Pringle said the way the student protest occurred during gun-advocate Larry Pratt’s visit to campus Nov. 9 served as a model for the kind of respectful discourse that President Collado encourages.
The meeting took place on March 20, the day before the scheduled bargaining session between the full time– and part time–faculty unions and administration.
The Ithaca College bargaining team is disappointed that the contingent faculty unions have announced that they have voted to authorize a strike.
