Men’s cross-country rebuilds for Liberty League redemption

Following a difficult yet promising 2023 season, the Ithaca College men’s cross-country team aims to shock the Liberty League this season. Last year, the Bombers team — which lost five seniors from the 2022 season — finished sixth overall in the Liberty League Championship, their lowest-ever finish in a conference tournament. 
The Ithaca College men's and women's swimming and diving team competed in the 2023 Liberty League Championships from Feb. 15–18. In the 2024 season, they went beyond their results breaking nine team records and a pool record.

During a week of fierce competition, the Ithaca College men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams displayed remarkable dominance. The women’s team came up on top among nine teams, while the men’s team just missed first place, trailing the Rochester Institute of Technology by a mere 72 points.

After closing out the sculling season with strong performances at the Head of the Fish Regatta in October 2022, the Ithaca College women’s rowing team went on to nail down its fifth consecutive Liberty League title May 2023. This fall, the team is looking to build the same momentum that will propel it to success once again.
