Commentary: Hiking has the potential to heal

There needs to be more education surrounding mental health and solutions to helping those who are struggling. One of those solutions began with my love for the outdoors.

Sunny weather in Ithaca encourages students to go outdoors

On the rare occasion that Ithaca sees a sunny day between the months of October and April, Ithaca College’s campus comes to life with students choosing to spend more time outdoors.

Club aims to offer all students respite in nature
