The number of BIPOC faculty being cut is not the only issue. Racist professors still having a job and being protected by tenure needs to be addressed.

I want us to not have to take classes with and share dining halls with students who knowingly share their racism on social media. I want Ithaca College to do better.
This incident, while incredibly painful and concerning, is teaching us something.
