Athletes talk impact of new dining options

Following a history of notoriously long lines and limited hours of operation, student-athletes at Ithaca College have an innovative new option for dining this fall as the first semester with the meal exchange program goes into effect. 
Reginald Briggs, associate director and interim head of Dining Services, said students often misidentify gastrointestinal symptoms as food poisoning and attribute it to campus dining halls. Briggs said students may actually experience gastrointestinal distress because they have contracted viral gastroenteritis, which is commonly referred to as the stomach flu, or they have unrecognized food sensitivities.

SGC discusses new meal plans and employment with Dining Services

Ithaca College’s Student Governance Council welcomed Reginald Briggs, associate director of Dining Services, to discuss changes coming to the Campus Center Dining Hall and all meal plans.
Changes have been proposed to how dining at Ithaca College will operate in the future, with the inclusion of new meal plans and an exchange system.
