Board of Trustees member Carol Serling dies

Carole Serling, an 18-year-long member of the Ithaca College Board of Trustees, died Jan. 9 at age 90.

Filmmaker Norman Lear receives Serling Award

On Nov. 15, Norman Lear, legendary filmmaker and activist, was named the recipient of the Serling Award, an honor awarded by Ithaca College.

David Simon receives inaugural Rod Serling Award

The Rod Serling Award for Advancing Social Justice Through Popular Media was presented to David Simon Feb. 4 at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles.
The cast and crew of Its a Good Life performed a rendition of an Insight episode, led by Dan Jones 12, writer, director and designer, as a part of the Rod Serling Conference. The original episode was written by Serling.
