The Ithaca College men's soccer team stumbled with back-to-back losses, but women's soccer, field hockey, football, volleyball, cross-country and swimming and diving shined, delivering dominant performances and setting the tone for a successful fall break.
The Ithaca College women’s soccer team won a hard-fought game on Carp Wood Field Oct. 5. The crowd exploded for senior midfielder Julia Cascone’s Olimpico goal, breaking an 87-minute drought, and the expected tie.Â
The Ithaca College women’s soccer team scored another three points in the Liberty League in its win against the William Smith College Herons. The first goal was scored within ten minutes of the start, but the rest of the game remained scoreless.
The Ithaca College men’s lacrosse team could not pick up any momentum against one of the best defenses in the Liberty League, falling well short to the No. 4 St. Lawrence University Saints 15–4 on April 13, putting them in the bottom of the Liberty League standings.Â

The Ithaca College men’s basketball team faced off against the St. Lawrence University Saints on Feb. 9 in Ben Light Gymnasium. The Saints won 65–60 after getting late game free-throws to seal the victory.
