Dynasty: a word thrown around so often in modern sports that it hardly means anything anymore. Winning a few championships or competitions within a short time frame is impressive, yet that does not fit the definition.

Students at Ithaca College and nationwide say they face problems falling asleep and getting enough sleep. Coupled with recent studies on the issue, researchers are saying this could be due to the use of cellphones before bed, and companies like Apple are trying to find ways to change this.
After spending the 2014 season as a backup, the junior has now filled in as the starter for the Bombers football team and looks to lead the pack in 2015.
