New and old faces fuels women’s track and field goals

National dreams and a Liberty League title fuel Ithaca College women's track and field season. With powerhouse athletes returning, the team is ready to prove its dominance across every event.

Men’s track and field gears up for rebound season

Finish times for the Ithaca College men’s track and field team fell hard last season — its lowest results in former head coach Jim Nichols’ history of coaching the team. Looking ahead to the season, senior pole vaulter Shaun Herlihy said the team is out for vengeance.
For the 2024–25 season, six teams — men’s cross-country, men’s track and field, volleyball, sculling, women's rowing and women’s tennis — will have a new head coach. Four different teams will have new assistant coaches.

Fresh coaching staff brings a new era

As the academic year kicks off, so does a new athletic season. For the 2024–25 season, six teams — men’s cross-country, men’s track and field, volleyball, sculling, women's rowing and women’s tennis — will have a new head coach. In addition, four teams — men’s basketball, men’s rowing, sculling and women’s rowing — will have new assistant coaches.
