Virtual concert honors civil rights activists

Messages of joy, resilience and progress were all expressed in the images and videos of the annual MLK Celebration Concert.
Steven Banks, assistant professor in the Department of Performance Studies at Ithaca College, and three other musicians were chosen to receive three-year comprehensive management contracts. This contract offers Banks performing opportunities at recital halls and with orchestras in New York City and Washington, D.C.
