Ithaca College’s Bureau of Concerts seeks student input

Ithaca College’s Bureau of Concerts held its first open public forum in an effort to increase student involvement in the selection of musicians it brings in to perform on campus.
Ithaca College President Tom Rochon addresses the campus community at a March 2015 town hall meeting about announced staff cuts. Following the All-College Meeting Aug. 19, Rochon said there will be no additional cuts this year.

Update: Rochon proposes Public Safety changes after protests

In response to campuswide discussions regarding alleged racial aggression by Public Safety officers, President Tom Rochon acknowledged the issue in a statement to the campus community Sept. 6.
Benjamin Rifkin, provost and vice president for educational affairs at Ithaca College, will resign July 31 and return to teaching. He joined the college in June 2015.
