After tallying just 24 hits in their first nine games in Florida, the softball team combined for a total of 23 hits winning both games today against the SUNY-Old Westbury Panthers.

The baseball team lost its season-opener, falling to the SUNY-Old Westbury Panthers yesterday in Yaphank, N.Y. by a score of 3–2. The Panthers scored two seventh inning runs and held off a late Bomber rally to get the victory.
