Walking through the Ithaca College Towers Marketplace, it’s not uncommon to hear the sweet sizzle of burgers and the crisp crackle of fries emerging from the kitchen.
Towers Marketplace, a retail dining location at the top of Ithaca College’s campus, has partnered with Grubhub.
Four students attended an open forum to offer feedback about the change in meal service providers hosted by Ithaca College Dining Services Oct. 15.
In three months, Ithaca College started its own dining program, transformed its dining halls and brought in local businesses.
